Stone Mountain Country Living Fair
We’ve just returned from one of our favorite annual events, the Country Living Magazine Fair in Stone Mountain Park, Georgia. Held on the park’s winding, tree-lined paths, the fair brings together the best American craftspeople and antiques dealers, many of whom have also been featured in the pages of the magazine. The weather was gorgeous, and our sales were up significantly—all in all a perfect weekend!
Susan was invited to participate in the “Making a Country Living” panel with three other business owners: Shannon Vance of Stash Style, Debbie Jones of French Laundry Home, and Scarlet Scales-Tingas of Scarlet Scales Antiques. Held on the main stage of the fair, the session was moderated by Country Living Editor in Chief Rachel Hardage Brown.
We love to use antique spool cabinets in our show displays. The vintage mannequin and her authentic Victorian velvet jacket have seen quite a bit of the country in the past few years!
Mismatched dresser drawers make a perfect way to display our jewelry “families.” And the main fair pavilion with its open air fireplace was everyone’s favorite place to be on the chilly early mornings!
Below are shots from some of our favorite booths at the show:
