RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied for any reason, please let us know so that we can take care of you. We will gladly provide a refund, exchange, or store credit for items in original condition and accompanied by a packing slip within 20 days of receipt date. Please note all custom pieces are final sale. The buyer is responsible for shipping and handling fees for returned items. Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment. Purchases made via credit card will be refunded to the same card. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for returns processing. Exchanges will ship within 1-2 business days from receipt of return items if items are in stock.
