Grandmother's Buttons Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Orders:
Minimum opening order is $200.
Minimum re-order is $100.


If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you are not a qualified wholesale buyer, we reserve the right not to process your order.

Terms: First time orders will be C.O.D. or Pre-paid. Net-30 terms will be granted to approved credit customers only. This is based on credit history. Approval for credit may take up to two weeks. If credit is denied, we will review the account again in six months. There will be a $20.00 charge for any returned check and the customer will be automatically placed on C.O.D./pre-paid terms. Any account that has exceeded their 30-day payment terms will also be placed on C.O.D./Pre-paid terms. We also accept Visa and MasterCard as forms of payment. All international accounts will be on pre-paid terms only.

Collections: Any account in collections will be subject to a collection fee that will be added to the existing balance. Customer agrees to be liable for all collection costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, whether or not a lawsuit is filed. Under no conditions will any returns be allowed.

Shipment: All orders are shipped FOB St. Francisville, Louisiana, via UPS unless a special shipment method is specified by the customer. If a customer refuses a shipment, the customer will be billed and responsible for all UPS charges in addition to a 20% restocking fee.

Returns: Return authorization is required for all returns. Notice of goods damaged in shipment or miscounted must be received within five (5) working days of receipt of the order. We do not accept returns on custom-made items.

We reserve the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time with no prior notice.
